The business account is intended only for professional activities. For any other purposes, choose a personal account.

You will need only a few minutes to create your fiax account.

As per current EU/UK legislation regarding money laundering and terrorism financing prevention and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions we are obliged to file the personal ID data of our clients.

If all documents meet the requirements, the verification process shall not take more than 5 business days.

You can replenish your account via Wire or SEPA bank transfer or via your debit or credit card. Your bank details will be available after the account verification process is complete.

You can order your fiax card through our web page after your account verification process is over.

Each user can receive only one card.

Your card will become active after its first load.

Your card can only be replenished via your fiax account.
